We have been looking at the Montenegro property market for some time now. After a year of viewing properties we have snapped up a house in Kotor Old Town. Renovations will begin shortly and this property will be rented out to up market tourists from January. We are very happy with this purchase however there was some disappointment with our most recent trip to montengro as a very promising plot of land fell through after several weeks of negociation.
